- Capable to perform firewater demand calculation, line sizing and hydraulic calculation and P&ID development
- Having experience to manage and perform the review of technical safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, ALARP, QRA, EMERA, NHRA, FEA, ESSA, Design Safety Case, Assumption Register, Major Accident Event Register, Vent Dispersion, etc
- Being able to develop HSE Philosophy and supervise loss prevention deliverables
- Proficient in exploitation Safety of offshore platform using the PHAST, Pipenet program.
- Familiar with relevant local and international engineering standards and code such as NFPA 20, CAP 437, TCVN, etc.
