• Generation of a Monthly Welder Management Plan for all Welders both AX and A class:
• Monitoring of and adherence to the Monthly Welder Management Plan in dual responsibility with the Fabrication Superintendents.
• Monitoring the performance of all welders both AX and A class and ensuring the monthly Welding Plan utilises the available welders with careful consideration for welder development, training and re-training opportunities.
• Ensuring that Weld Failure Investigations and auditing requirements are conducted in accordance with the Welding Quality Assurance System

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3 years as a Supervisor (minimum)
• Relevant Vocational Qualifications
• Proven related technical skills
• Possess practical leadership skills, e.g. strong interpersonal skills, people management and communication skills
• Strong time management and proven experience in meeting deadlines
• Thorough knowledge of and proven implementation of organisational policies, business standards, procedures/work instructions and guidelines, including, but not restricted to HSEQ and HR
• Able to manage conflict.
