1. Planning and Coordination
– Develop and implement commissioning plans.
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules and resources.
– Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet project timelines and budgets.
2. Execution Management
– Supervise commissioning teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
– Monitor the progress of commissioning activities, addressing any issues or delays.
– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
– Ensure a timely and correct completion of the commissioning report and presentation to the Customer / Class.
3. Technical Oversight
– Provide technical guidance and support to the commissioning teams.
– Resolve technical issues that arise during the commissioning processes.
– Ensure all systems and equipment are installed, tested, and commissioned according to project requirements
4. Quality Assurance
– Implement and oversee quality control procedures for commissioning activities
– Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure the quality and functionality of installed systems and equipment
– Prepare and maintain documentation for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
5. Stakeholder Communication
– Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholder.
– Provide regular updates on the status of commissioning activities. Conduct thorough inspection and tests to ensure the quality and functionality of installed systems.
– Address any concerns or requests from stakeholders promptly and professionally.
6. Safety and Compliance
– Ensure all commissioning activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
– Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
– Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
– Good knowledge in technical of machinery, hydraulic, E&I
– Proficiency in project management software and tools
– Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
– Advanced and native English proficiency (Ielts 5.5 or Toeic 750)
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND SPECIAL TRAINING
– University/College of Bachelor in Technical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Marine
EXPERIENCE
– Proven experience in Commissioning management (more than 5 years experience in Commisioning)
– Candidates need to have experience in Shipyard, EPC Contractor
PERSONALITY TRAITS
