– Collect invoices from supplier/customer or other sources, checking valid and relevant document, follow company procedure, and then registered accounting system.
– Ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting, make sure that have enough support documents to prove your transactions and must be signed properly. Filing and keep all related documents safely in order as per legal requirement into the files.
– Prepare VAT declarations at monthly and Company Income Tax quarterly to government authorities. All tax and other obligations to the Government declarations, payments, refunds and reconciliation are completed duly as legal requirement. Supporting and provide document as requirement to local tax
authorities when they come here for inspection.
– Support and provide document as requirement to internal/external auditors when they come here for periodic or year-end auditing.
– Management and archiving Document
– Other financial tasks as may be needed from time to time.
– Receipt and distribution of incoming / outgoing documents
– Inventory management: Materials, Finish goods, Reject goods.
– Receiving Quote and Issue PO to supplier.
– Contact Agent, custom service, do import procedure.
– Report goods for processing to custom
– Booking truck and arrange deliver goods to subcon and back
– Making Delivery ticket when delivery goods
– Understand and implement the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Professional competences:
– Education as accounting bachelor or equivalent
– Experienced in Microsoft Office, accounting software
– Knowledge GAAP, VAS and Vietnamese Tax regulations.
• Personal competences:
– Able to communicate in English
– Able to handle more tasks at one time
– Honest and hardworking
