Mô tả công việc

– Have responsible on Account Department
– Follow up accounts payable and making payment process monthly
– Ensure all payment (by cash and by bank) transactions are recorded and reported timely and accurately.
– Make payment orders.
– Monthly internal/ external financial/ accounting/ statutory reports are produced accurately in accordance with set timeframe.
– Ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting, make sure that have enough support documents to prove your transactions and must be signed properly. Filing and keep all related documents safely in order as per legal requirement into the files.
– Prepare VAT declarations at monthly and Company Income Tax quarterly to government authorities. All tax and other obligations to the Government declarations, payments, refunds and reconciliation are completed duly as legal requirement. Supporting and provide document as requirement to local tax
authorities when they come here for inspection.
– Support and provide document as requirement to internal/external auditors when they come here for periodic or year-end auditing.
– Ensure all financial transaction and reports deadlines are met.
– Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
– Management and archiving Document
– Managing revenue and expenses, accounting books
– Understand and implement the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Professional competences:
– Education as accounting bachelor or equivalent
– Experienced in Microsoft Office, accounting software
– Knowledge GAAP, VAS and Vietnamese Tax regulations.
• Personal competences:
– Able to communicate in English
– Able to handle more tasks at one time
– Honest and hardworking
