Warehouse Executive/ Chuyên viên kho

Mô tả công việc

– Supporting Warehouse & Loading Manager in timely supplying materials for fabricating and delivery FG to customers and/or contractors.

– Ensuring materials & tools to be in good condition for using, receiving good quality materials/ products.

– Delivering exact quantity on time based on requirements..

– Assigning job and managing daily tasks to storeman and loading team

– Completes requisition forms to order additional equipment and supplies.

– Input data of warehouse ( both RM and FG ) into ERP and Warehouse system (daily)

– Manage all warehouse document includes: collecting, input data, arranging & filling following ISO procedure

– Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock-takes and audit to verify results.

– Following & Posting materials, Receive PO,Packing lists for customer and/or subcontractors in ERP sytem

– Making daily planning for loading and manage loading team with safety and efficiency as priority.

– Training and monitoring subordinates according to procedural and policies of company and safe working practices.

– Continuously monitoring the performance and activities of the warehouse/ loading team through the economies of large scale with a primary focus on cost control.

Yêu cầu công việc

– College or University in Accounting, Busines Adminitration, Logistics

– At least 1 year experience in relevant position

– Good at MS Office

– Able to communicate in English

– Leadership, good time management and team-work spirit.

– Good communication and negotiation skill.

– Problem-solving skill.

– Careful, strong character
